CLUB OUTING ON THE MAID OF THE FORTH ON 22nd MAY 2024

On 22nd May Club members enjoyed an outing to South Queensferry where they boarded the 'Maid of the Forth' vessel for a trip on the Forth, later returning to town for lunch.

VISIT TO VERDANT WORKS MUSEUM DUNDEE ON 27th NOVEMBER 2024

Members enjoyed a visit to the Verdant Works Museum in Dundee, Scotland's jute museum, where they received a guided tour of the exhibits and included time for morning coffee and lunch

CHRISTMAS QUIZ AND LUNCH 18th DECEMBER 2024

Members had fun searching their general knowledge to provide answers to the quiz after which they enjoyed a traditional Christmas lunch.

Presidents Dinner 2025

On 19th February, members enjoyed an excellent dinner with entertainment provided by locals ' A Sentence and a Song'.

Annual General Meeting 2025

The Club's Annual General Meeting took place on 5th March 2025 when office bearers were elected for 2025-26. Please see the Committee page for details.  

Club Outing to Anstruther Lifeboat Station 26th March 2025

Members enjoyed an outing to the Anstruther Lifeboat Station on 26th March 2025 when an interesting and informative presentation was received on the operation of the RNLI Lifeboat Service at Anstruther Harbour.

Members enjoyed a bus excursion to Dumfries House where they enjoyed an excellent lunch followed by a guided tour of the house and its beautiful contents, particularly its fine Chippendale furniture.

SANDY AND PETA RENNIE RECEIVE CLUB HONORARY MEMBERSHIP

  IT WAS A HAPPY DAY RECENTLY FOR SANDY AND PETA RENNIE OF STRATHMIGLO WHEN MEMBERS PRESENTED THEM WITH HONORARY MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATES IN APPRECIATION OF THEIR SUPPORT AND LOYALTY TO THE CLUB. SANDY WAS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL FOUNDER MEMBERS WHEN THE CLUB WAS INAUGURATED IN 1994.
